In 2014 Crown Electrical Solutions had the honour to compelte the design, installation and commissioning of the electrical systems in a client's spectacular new home.

Crown Electrical Solutions met with the owners to fully understand their requirements their requirements for the home.

The superb Balinese-inspired design of the home seamlessly integrates many technologies to complement the owner's lifestyle.

Lighting was an important factor in the final design, and the selection of light fittings was critical to the success of the overall project. External wall lights highlight the facade while hallway niche lights create an interesting effect at night. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the house - each fan was carefully selected to suit ceiling finishes and surrounding lighting. 

A bridge links hte main house to the games room and passes by the stunning in-ground pool, which is high-lighted by surrounding deck lights and low-voltage landscape lighting.

Crown Electrical Solutiosn designed and implemented the sophisticated, multi zone audio system for the home. Multiple Sonos zones teamed with KEF CI-Series speakers provide a flexible, high performance system throughout the home. The T-series low-profile speakers situated in the main living area were selected to complement the superb décor.

Upon site inspections we found cabling the house would be a challenge. Perforated cable tray - separate for power and communications - were installed throughout the ceiling cavity to solve this problem. Crown Electrical Solutions designed and installed the commercial grade data rack and metal escutcheon distribution board in a secure storage room.

Saturn switchgear was used throughout the home and Eberle Heated flooring was selected for wet areas.

The Honeywell monitored alarm system and Ness Smartbell Video Intercom system greatly improve the security of the home nad keep intruders at bay.
