Crown worked alongside Aspire Constructions to complete the installation of all electrical and audio visual works in this 3 storey home. 

Crown designed and implemented the detailed full home audio system. All rooms use Control4 Matrix Audio and Power Amplifiers allowing our client to link the TV inputs to the room speakers, being able to stream individual content to each room from their phone or tablet. This also allows our client to stream any internet music subscription like Spotify or TuneIn radio. 

KEF In ceiling speakers were installed to all bedrooms, gym, study, living, terrace, kitchen, dining, garage, pool house and TruAudio satellite garden speakers with an in ground submerged sub-woofer installed in the garden.

A high-end home theatre solution was designed to provide an immersive home theatre experience. A Sony projector was installed along with KEF in ceiling speakers, front and centre speakers and a 10" subwoofer. 

Lighting was an important factor in the final design, and the selection of light fittings was critical to the success of the overall project. External wall lights highlight the façade while the entry stairway features LED's routered in the underside of beautiful spotted gum timber treads.
